Aware of the current competitive environment, FTHM Consulting, has embarked on a deliberate policy to improve the quality of its services.

Speaking on behalf of the management of FTHM Consulting, we, Thierry RAJAONA, Alain PIERRE BERNARD,Haingo RATSIMIAHY and Xavier MICHEL consider ourselves responsible for this quality policy and commit to make every effort to ensure that the satisfaction of our customers  and interested parties is at the heart of our projects and on top of our priority concerns. Continually improving our services is part of our main objectives.

We want to make FTHM Consulting a firm of reference in terms of study and advice in Madagascar, in Africa and throughout the world. We are aiming more specifically to :

  • the total satisfaction of our customers and our partners through guaranteeing a "quality service" ;
  • support and individual growth for all our staff to achieve team performance ;

In July 2007, we were awarded the ISO 9001-version 2000 and we were the first and the only consulting firm ever certified in the Indian Ocean to date.

We defined and communicated key quality objectives to ensure the control and efficiency of our processes. Management is committed to implementing all necessary human, material and organizational resources to ensure that these objectives are met. These objectives are analyzed, defined, implemented and corrected, as appropriate.

We know we can count on the skills, experience and motivation of our human resources to maintain that excellence in our work. Indeed, the commitment of all staff of FTHM Conseils in this certification is a definite asset to ensure the quality of our services to our customers and to enhance the performance and image of our firm at all levels.
